Responsibilities： 1. Work with deal team on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial target pitches to transaction closings. 2. Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist decision-makers in investment. 3. Utilize research tools, conduct research and analysis. 4. Ability to market services both to internal partners and external stakeholders, develop networks, and support efforts in developing and executing business development strategies. 5. Ensure quality of deliverables by having a strong attention to details. 6. Individual will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit

Requirements: - Bachelor degree required,Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance degree preferred - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with previous PE/VC, Consulting, Investment Banking, auditing experiences - Outstandingal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English - The ability to multitask and work within a team environment and highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure - Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through from inception to completion
