Assist Manager with product registration and the regulatory affairs

1. Hygienic Permission Registration

1. Prepare registration documents independently

2. Follow up registration process independently

3. To help to achieve the hp smoothly to guarantee the new products finally imported and launched to the Chinese market legally.

1. CIQ Product Registration

   Imported product passing through the China Customs and CHINA ENTRY-EXIT INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE BUREAU (CIQ).

1.   Confirm the Chinese labels of the imported products that provided by the marketing and apply the e-record registration to the CIQ before the shippment arrival

2.   Work closely with the logistic department to timely and effeciently get the product inspectiion certification from CIQ in order to release the imported products

1. Keep updated with local regulations

2. Documentation management

3. Follow up the varies of government inspection things in stores (AQSIQ, FDA, AIC etc.)

    

   Qualifications:

    

1. Bachelor Degree major in Language/Chemistry

2. Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office/Excel and PPT

3. Good understanding of Chinese  cosmetic regulation

4. Good interpersonal communication skill

5. Fluency in both spoken and written English
