岗位职责: 1.协助管理交易流程，包括交易上市股票和其他产品的交易前检查、执行和交易后的簿记工作； Assist in managing the whole derivative trade cycle, including pre-trade checking, execution and post-trade tasks such as trade booking and discrepancy solving; 2.协助管理交易台风险敞口，包括日内和日终，以及外汇风险等； Assist in managing Trading Desk’s intra-day and day-end delta exposure, as well as possible FX exposures; 3.同金融衍生品市场上的内外部交易对手密切合作；其中包括但不限于各银行、券商等卖方机构，并根据客户需求推广解决方案、创造收入； Work closely with internal and external counterparties in the financial derivative markets, including but not limited to sell-side banks and securities firms. Customize derivative trade solutions according to various scenarios and generate income; 4.处理其他交易台日常的运营工作，包括盯市估值、公司行动、盈亏计算等； Carry out other daily operation tasks on the trading desk, including mark-to-market valuation, corporate actions, and daily P&L calculation; 5.与中台，风险管理岗位和技术团队紧密合作，持续进行交易平台的完善。 Work closely with Middle Office, Risk Management and IT teams, to constantly enhance trading platform. 任职要求: 1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质； Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 2.本科及以上学历，金融、经济、IT等相关专业； Undergraduate degree or above from prestigious universities, majoring in Finance, Economics, IT or related discipline; 3.具备良好的编程技能是加分项，但非硬性要求； Having sound programming skills is a plus, but not a hard requirement; 4.良好的团队合作精神，能适应高压力下高效工作的氛围； Good team worker in an efficient working atmosphere under high pressure; 5.具有分析头脑，对金融市场趋势敏感； Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends; 6.优秀的人际交往、表达和沟通能力； Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; 7.精通中英文口语及书面表达。 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
