E-commerce - Tmall flag shop operation 

1. Provide customer service online 2. Create tmall orders for interanl staff 3. Invoice tracking and management  4. Help to deal with after-sale problems 

Marketing communication 

1. Marketing materials management 2. Payment request implementation 3. Social media  4. Assist events and seminar

职位要求 Job Specification

1. Work with PM & Marketing team for on line flag shop service and help with order following and service record   1. Open mind and good communication 2. Writing skill is required with provided technical or product informations 3. Help with social media publicity, collecting and reporting data 4. Basic design capability and events organization experience will be much preferred, experience and ability of  social events will be a plus
