Job Description:
1. Structure calendar cadence to support long-term business objectives.
2. Strategize and implement processes to optimize executive’s time.
3. Attend leader’s meetings, assists or owns agenda, and partners with leader to ensure follow-through on action items.
4. Support on data consolidation, PPT combination and preparation for business meetings.
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
6. Check Authorized or required documents, correspondence, applications, reports, contracts or other documents on behalf of Executive member.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in English or business administration. Oversea study/work experience is preferred.
2. Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage executive calendar.
3. Ability to manage executives’ workflow and implement processes and systems to help optimize for efficiency.
