Job Description:
1.Assist generating, tracing and categorizing purchasing contracts;
2.Take control of internal purchasing, set orders in Bonaparte/SAP and trace it;
3.Maintain/update supplier information, manage express of China/ Germany/ Malaysia/ Japan etc.
4.Manage/ book meeting room, prepare workshop meeting etc.
5.Other daily support tasks for the department.
职位介绍:
1. 协助Buyer制定采购合同,并对合同进行追踪、归档和整理;
2. 负责部门内部采购,在Bonaparte (SAP)上下单并跟踪订单;
3. 维护和更新供应商的信息,邮寄/收发中/德/马来西亚/日本等地区合同/文件;
4. 管理/预定会议室,参与准备workshop展会等;
5. 处理部门日常事务
Requirements:
1. Willingness and security to work fulltime for 5-6 months;
2. Fluent English both in speaking and writing;
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word);
4. Be patient and careful, willing to learn new things~~
