2021暑期实习生 - 创新与研发 Research & Innovation

【CN DEV Foundation】

Responsibilities:

·       Understand foundation formulation & process principle

·       Modify existing fla with instability signal, design fla and experiments

·       Run acceleration test for stability screening

·       Monitor sample stability in both lab scale and DG/Pilot scale

Requirements:

·       Bachelor or above degree in chemistry related background.

·       Internship experience in cosmetic/FMCG products formulation

·       Basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Understand the consumer and competitor landscape of the relating topics.

·       Build up prototypes from base technologies, for good mix with texture, shades, application etc.

·       Prepare prototypes to be ready to test for consumers. 

Requirements:

·       Chemical back ground

·       Have experience of doing lab trails

·       Open minded and Exploring sprit

【HAIR DEV】

Responsibilities:

·       Laboratory batch production haircare samples

·       Transform competitor technologies learning into a summary

·       Quality check of haircare formulation including formula stability check and formula with PKG compatibility check

Requirements:

·       With Lab work experience

·       Basic chemistry background

·       Eager to learn

【MAKE-UP Dev】

Responsibilities:

·       Understand the consumer and competitor landscape of the relating topics.

·       Build up prototypes from base technologies, for good mix with texture, shades, application etc.

·       Prepare prototypes to be ready to test for consumers. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

·       Chemical back ground

·       Have experience of doing lab trails

·       Open minded and Exploring sprit

【ADV】

Responsibilities:

·       Internal and external literature/information/resource searching, related to skin aging/tone.

·       Review and summarize the key data and information

·       Understand the North Asia consumer needs and the competitor work in this area

·       Frame and propose proposal to execute for North Asia consumers in skin aging/tone

Qualifications/Requirements:

·       Basic knowledge in skin aging or biological/pharmaceutical

·       Able to work independently, exhibiting fast learning on new things, be agile and flexible.

薪资水平：170元/天

职位要求：

- 全日制本科及以上学历高校应届生

- 毕业时间：2021年8月1日-2022年7月31日（以毕业证时间为准）
