职位描述：

The Role

The Research & Consulting Internship is an exciting opportunity for university students looking to pursue a career in research, consulting, marketing or the real estate sector. The internship is structured to develop your communication skills, research skills, teamwork skills, and broaden your knowledge while working in a well-known global real estate firm. You will support the Industrial Consulting team on research and consulting projects by conducting primary and secondary research, writing and editing reports.

Key Responsibilities

Support JLL Industrial team with research & consulting projects.

Conduct secondary research through online search, databases and print materials.

Assisting consultants and analysts in designing surveys and studies.

Inspecting and analyzing industrial/logistics real estate facilities across East China.

Other research tasks based on team requirements.

Candidate Profile

Native Mandarin and Fluent English speaker.

Current third or fourth year student, preferably pursuing a degree in real estate, logistics and supply chain, marketing, business, finance or economics.

Able to work four days per week in Shanghai.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.

Think critically and creatively, being curious with newly sprouted things.

Proficient MS Office software user
