Your Responsibilities:  Project Support: Assist in the project with exterior component experts. Participate in project status review, supplier qualification process and assure targets are met on time.  Database Maintenance: Manage and maintain supplier project database documents, track progress, support monitoring monthly KPI.  Internal Meeting and Steering Support: Update and maintain team's travel schedule and assist travel report review. Organize internal team meeting and training, incl. agenda preparation and meeting minutes.  Supplier meeting coordination: Organize meetings with suppliers for business purpose, document the discussions via meeting minutes, and track the open topics. (PowerPoint, Excel…)  Problem solving skills, self-motivation, critical and independent thinking.  Basic technical or research background will be an advantage.  Work 4-5 days per week for continuous 6 months.  Must maintain student during the internship.
