Job Description:
Mission and Purpose:
Audi China UIUX team is shaping the user experience on the road. Being responsible for developing the Audi infotainment system for whole Asia markets, our team focus on the local market requirements, competitor research, and UIUX design for Audi infotainment system to meet the customer expectation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interaction design: Produce design briefs, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, interaction flows, low-fi prototypes and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience design.
• Visual design: Implement Audi visual design language (including grid, typography, color and other design-language patterns) for the products and deliver visual assets (icons, logos, layout redlines, screen mockups, hi-fi prototypes) on time and with quality. Strong skills at visual design is a must have.
• User study: Conduct user study based on the needs of concept development, including independently contacting agency, creating questionnaire, interviewing user and summarizing key findings.
• Communication: Effectively communicate the design ideas/concepts/solutions to peers, partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education Background:
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, or equivalent education or experience
Professional Skills:
• Expert level proficiency with common design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud (PS/AI/ID/AE/PR/XD), Cinema 4D, ZBrush, 3D MAX, Sketch, Figma etc.). HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript knowledge would be huge plus
Competence Requirements:
• Ability to quickly understand wireframes & produce elegant UI design
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong design sensibilities and attention to details
• Strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills
