Job Objective:

 Help R&D engineers doing a research project in Zirpro beads team, or conduct application tests for milling   beads or surface treatment beads

Job Responsibilities:  Follow all the EHS regulations and rules;  Conduct literature review for relevant topics, write a review report if necessary;  Assist doing benchmarking work and characterization of products or samples  Design experimental plan under supervision of engineer;  Carry out experimental study, process optimization and product characterization;  Collect experimental results and analyze data, summarize results;  Write relevant technical report.

Job Requirements:   Master degree or above.   Technical background: Chemical engineering or Material science & engineering preferred. If a candidate wills to apply for a long-term position in SGRS, mechanical background is also accepted.    Proactive working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility for the project;  Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability.  Good communication skill with all levels;  Can work for 5 days per week, last for more than 6 months
