Major Responsibilities

1.Support system testing for Operation system (Dragon) implementation and IFT financial system.

2.Able to identify incorrect accounting entries and document testing result.

3.Log  the issues identified during testing in Jira tool.

4.Support monitor testing case status and download latest dashboard report.

5.Support download latest accounting ID report from WFS system.

6.Prepare testing related materials as requested, i.e. Testing Cases result, internal documentation and meeting minutes etc. for key issues.

7.Assist other team members for System related matters.

8.Other task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

1.University degree in Accounting or Finance  is preferred.

2.Fluent in Chinese and English both written and oral.

3.Proficient in excel and other Windows applications.

4.Have "can do"  attitude and willing to learn,  can work under pressure.

5.Strong  communication skills.

6.Able to work 4 to 5 days per week. At least 6 months internship period.
