【Key Responsibilities】
- HR Operation & Lifecycle Management:
Support on employee onboarding preparation.
Support HR system & data maintenance including organizational structure updates etc..
- Employee Engagement & HR Events:
Pulse Support: Assist in Pulse survey promotion, data collection coordination, and support the follow-up action plans..
Internal Communication: Support the design and drafting of HR newsletters or announcements to enhance internal employer branding.
- Team & Project Assistance:
Event Administration: Provide logistical support for large-scale HR projects, such as Career Day, Family Day, and MT Selection Day.
Daily Administration: Manage team-level administrative tasks, including expense claims, meeting scheduling, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
【Requirements】
· Bachelor degree or above
· Good communication skill and team work spirit
· Details driven and self-driven
· Internship experience in similar position is highly preferred
· Good oral and written English
· Can work at least 3 days per week for 5-6 months
