Main goals and objectives:
• Evaluate the competitiveness of the current digital product and identify optimization points by means of benchmark
• Participate in new idea innovation and proof of product concept
• Both organizational- and content- involvement into Product Management related meetings
• Support daily work of Digital Product team and Product Management Office
Responsibilities:
• Content preparation for onsite and desk-research benchmark studies with regards to digital/connectivity automotive features
• Involvement in the preparation of management briefings and decision documents (e.g. connectivity portfolio, software update campaign, business case compilation, project milestone planning…)
• Support GMD daily work, such as project meeting and change management
• Both organizational- and content- involvement into committee meetings hosted by Product Management (PSK, Feature Board, OTA…)
• Support for department meeting organization, incl. workshop and visit
• Other tasks assigned by nominated internship-mentor or department head.
Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor student of Automotive, Computer, AI, Business Management or other relative majors
• Good communication skills; fluent in English as must
• Proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Capable to work under stress and with problem-solving mindset
• Experience in automative industry esp. on Auto cockpit relative projects or in foreign enterprise preferred
