职位描述：
Responsibilities 职责：
Support to organize System CIP workshop, follow up defined System CIP projects implementation.
协助组织系统CIP研讨会，跟进定义的系统CIP项目实施。
Support to organize BPS related trainings. (Such as VSM/VSA/VSD, 5S, QCO, TPM, Pull system, KPI Tree, etc.)
协助组织BPS相关培训。（比如：价值流程图/价值流分析/价值流设计，5S，快速换型，全员设备维护，拉动系统，KPI树等）
Support to carry out shop floor 5S audit.
协助实施车间5S审核。
Assist to organize BPS related workshops (such as VSM/VSA/VSD，FOL etc.)
协助组织BPS相关的研讨会。（比如：价值流程图/价值流分析/价值流设计，流程导向布局等）
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving companys objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Undergraduate student above 6th semester, industrial engineering or machinery design and manufacturing related major.
大三以上在校生，工业工程, 机械设计制造相关专业。
Practice experience in lean production project identification, implementation, and coordination is a plus.
有精益生产相关项目识别、实施、协调实习经验者优先。
Systematical working style, good communication and coordination skill.
系统的工作思路及良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD etc.).
能熟练使用各种电脑应用软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD 等）。
Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
出色的英语听说读写能力。
