Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation of assigned sport on both Tmall and Decathlon,by figuring out the products to tell highly immersed product story to assure the ongoing increase of conversion rate.
As business owner, formulate sport yearly budget and operation strategy, responsible for the ROI of marketing expense, scheme and organize commercial event and leverage both paid and free traffic to boost online sales.
Lead the management of supply for the sports, analyze and forecast the stock according to sales target and seasonality, ensuring the sustainable availability and rotation of products;
As a facilitator to enhance the diversity and attractiveness of digital content e.g. product information, sport advice, pictures, video dynamically to satisfy the visual merchandising needs.
In charge of user relationship operation of the sport, closely follow up user experience, sponsor user care initiatives and engagements to enhance user satisfaction for the purchase and usage of products.

负责运动品类在天猫及官网的运营，提炼梳理产品核心卖点，向运动者讲述高代入感的产品故事，并对之持续优化，确保线上转化率的持续提升；
作为生意所有人，制订年度预算以及商业运营策略，负责市场费用的投入与控制，策划和组织商业活动，利用免费和付费流量，推广并促进产品销售；
负责所辖品类线上供应链管理，根据销售目标和销售趋势，预测和计划库存供应，确保商品的持续供应和库存的良好周转；
结合视觉陈列需求，持续推动产品信息、运动建议、图片、视频等数字化内容的丰富性和吸引力，确保陈列效率的提升，促进运动和产品推广；
对用户关系进行运营，关注用户使用体验，结合用户画像，策划和发起用户关怀活动，增进用户互动，提升用户购物和使用满意度；
作为关键成员参与迪卡侬全渠道战略的实施，通过运动市场和用户行为研究，形成生意洞察，收集产品用户反馈优化产品线，促进线上线下购物体验的无缝融合。

Requirements:
Sports lover, energetic, practice at least one sport
Bachelor degree or above, proficient in both written and oral English
Business acumen, data sensitive, good taste on design
Passionate about e-commerce, with career plan for digital sports industry
Be curious, willing to take challenge, ability to deliver concrete result
Team player, contributor, potential for leadership
