Responsibilities: 1. Forecast Management • Assist Forecast and Demand Planning Manager for the preparation and consolidation of all required information to prepare monthly SI/ SO / SOH analysis • For every launch, verify all novelties are well ordered in accordance with the forecasts calendar and work on the launch performance report 2. Supply Management • Prepare and share with the team the projection of out of stock on weekly basis 3. Purchase Order follow up and stock allocation • Weekly checking of PO status in Gesco report, follow up with HQ CS team to make sure the PO is timely and correctly loaded • Work out stock allocation proposal for all channels based on invoice Qty and DP, gather channel's feedback 4. Importation and logistic activities • Once stock is ready in the warehouse, allocate to all channels based on forecast and alignment • Weekly follow up of the channel stock release confirmation status • Update Cegid system for stock transfer Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Entrepreneurship spirit, self-driven and capable of multi-tasking • Business oriented & result driven • Excellent communication skills, and true team player • Fluency in English • Proficient in MS office software, especially Excel and PPT • Able to work at least 3 full days per week (Monday – Friday)
