Position: L’oreal MG Mask-Communication Team-PR Intern

【JD】

1. Product & Purchase Order

- Manage the product sample

- Create and manage the Internal Order and Purchase Order

2. Media

- Liaise with core-media topic and follow up product exposure

- Support on media request and monthly barter

3. Communication

- Daily communication with agencies

- Communicate with brand MKT & Digital Team

4. Official Account

- Supervise MG’s official WeChat account

- Run MG’s official account on two web portals (Sohu & Fenghuang)

5. Off-line Activity

- Support brand’s off-line activities

6. Others

- Other daily work assigned by your line manager

【Requirement】

- Working day: 4 days per week preferred, 6 months preferred

- English: excellent, both speaking and writing

- Computer: good at Office suite of software

- Personality: detail driven/diligent/good at interpersonal communication/high sense of responsibility/team spirit

- Have passion and sense for beauty industry, have interest in PR work
