RESPONSIBILITIES

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across TSC，Production Plants and Production Supporting departments in Greater China, which cover but not limit to the areas of Technical Service Department (TSC), Process Engineering Departments and Technical Engineering Department.    

1.Supporting to maintain documentation system based on ISO 9001/14001 standard requirement and other related ISO Regulations.

2.Ensure Quality Management System(QMS) running at a controllable status, Organize internal audit to maintain QMS for the organization under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

3.Organize Management Review to continuously improve QMS for the organization under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

4.Develop internal auditors for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems and coordinate the external audit under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

5.Support the TSC Departments to organize training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization’s polices and standards.

6.Initiate, plan and develop training professionals to ensure that the organization’s training and development strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets under the guiding of his/her supervisor.

7.Learning needs assessment of the organization in cooperation with dept. head.

8.Develop, operate, maintain and optimize Operational Excellence program in TSC MUSC under the guiding of his/her supervisor.

9.Support other departments in TSC on handling satety issues, such as process safety, incidents analysis, working flow monitoring and updating, and other issues in safety activities;

10.Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time;，and conduct maintenance activities by following general directions, evaluate repairing results, document and report properly;

11.Independently carry out analytical investigation and characterization of maintenance activities;

12.Make sure that safety regulations and company requirements are strictly followed;13.Support TSC maintenance and Utility production proactively; 

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor/Master/ Degree majored in Industrial Material, Material Science, Process Equipment and Control.

2.Mechanical, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering background

3.Quick learner, self-starter, eager to develop

4.Open to new things, creative and forward thinking, and also down to earth to get things done.

5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6.Good team player, willing to share and help others

7.Proficient in English
