Position: Customer Communication Intern (North America)
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and nurture efficient communication channels with clients, deeply understanding their needs and meticulously managing feedback to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
2. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and drive continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
3. Participate in cross-departmental marketing initiatives, fostering customer engagement, deepening relationships, and strengthening brand loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business English, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English (TEM-8 or equivalent); outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multinational teams.
