Location: North ,base in Shang Hai

Job Responsibilities:

Develop Jotun Protective Coatings Dealer network in assigned in North .

Manage, support and motive assigned dealers .

Taking role as coordinator between dealers and Jotun own sales team.

Achieve the targets set by company according to company's strategy.

Select qualified dealers according to company's guidelines.

Conduct and aid dealers to develop customers .

Ensure dealers' activity in line with dealer management system.

Submit monthly & weekly sales report.

Provide technical and commercial training to dealers.

Collect competitors' information.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate, Bachelor degree or above;

Major in Materials, Chemical or related is preferred;

Fluent English, both spoken and written;

Great communication skills and willingness to work in a team, social competence, mobility, creativity；

Accept business trip；
