Job Description
• Research & Analysis Retrieving, collating and analysing public records, media archives and internet postings Writing up in-depth English-language reports documenting the information obtained during the research process Maintaining and updating proprietary databases Support Managers and Service Line Coaches in practice development initiatives include but not limited to o Design of tools and templates for project delivery o Design of internal management processes o Development of training material
Requirement:
• Prior research experience desirable but not essential • Have an aptitude for research • Have an understanding of, and an interest in China’s political, economic and social dynamics • Strong analytical and communication skills with high commitment to quality client service • Be a team player committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • CET-6 or above, or equivalent qualification (EILTS 6.5 / TOEFL 95 or above) • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English • Internship or Employment experience with research institutes, consulting / advisory firms, or other business organizations preferred • 211/985 University preferred • A university degree or equivalent – English or a law degree preferable
