英语或日语口语达到商务沟通的能力
Requirements:
1. Positive character with optimism.
2. Strong will of working in application managed service, technical support, or IT operations.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in IT fields such as computer science, software engineering etc. Or in English related major but with convincing strong technical background.
4. Excellent communication skills and soft skills in English, bilingual is plus.
5. Good understanding on managed service-related processes, including SLAs, Mission Critical Support, Incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management etc. ITIL foundation certificate is preferred.
6. Good self-motivation and self-learning skills.
7. Good sense of teamwork spirit, knowledge sharing and coordination/cooperation.Meticulous and accountable.
