Job Description:

Mission & Main Tasks:

- Identify technology trends in relevant industries

- Research innovation in news, websites, industry events etc.

- Create presentations on multiple innovation topics

- Prepare, organize and co-lead meetings, workshops and events

- meet with start-up founds & managers, entrepreneurs, VCs, and discover potential cooperation in the future

- Collaborate with other business units to define scope for innovation research

- Identify and analyze start-ups with high business fit

- Meet with startups and discussion potential applications

- Participant in technology events

 

 

Working Relations:

Internal departments and external start-ups & tech companies

 

 

Qualification：

Key Qualifications:

1. Good command of both oral and written English & Chinese

2. Strong interests and good know-how in technology

3. Motivated and fast learner

 

 

Education:

- Master (preferred) or Bachelor candidate in computer science/engineering/Business Administration/Economics

- Study abroad/foreign exchange program (preferred)

 

 

Professional Skills

- Deep technology understanding

- At least one >3 months internship in a multinational company before (preferred)

- Excellent PowerPoint skills

- Significant experience in innovation, automotive and digital products

 

 

Personal Skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills
