Major Responsibilities:
Employee Services & HR Digitalization
1. Assist with employee file digitalization, document verification, and archive retrieval.
2. Collect and analyze employee inquiries (e.g. surveys、HR shared mailbox) to support HR decision-making.
3. Support other HR digital projects.
Data Management
1. Generate and distribute monthly HR MasterData and Conduct the review of IT email distribution group lists.
2. Collect and consolidate payroll-related documents, such as attendance & OT & shuttle bus Etc.
3. Handle other data related tasks assigned by the team.
HR Communications & Employee Experience
1. Design HR related visual posters using creative tools.
2. Provide administrative and logistical support for team events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Creative and capable of contributing ideas to events and visual design work
Basic Analytical & Digital Skills, Tech comfort (Excel, AI tools, Design tools) is a strong asset.
Good communication skills (Chinese & English) and teamwork mindset, high sense of responsibility.
