职位描述:
岗位职责: 1、公司日常行政事务处理,包括办公环境维护、物资采购与管理、快递收发、访客接待等基础保障工作 2、公司签证平台、办公用品平台的日常维护和结算,以及外籍人来华邀请对接 3、负责上海公司新员工入职物资发放管理 4、负责公司对接人才公寓,及时审核人才公寓的申请 5、配合完成行政类数据统计、报表制作等工作 6、部门及上级交代的其他行政相关工作,严谨落实各项工作安排,对工作结果负责,保障行政工作有序推进 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,行政管理、英语、商务英语等相关专业优先 2、语言能力突出:英语听说读写熟练 3、熟练运用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等office办公软件 4、责任心强,做事细心踏实、有耐心,具备良好的服务意识与执行力 5、性格开朗,沟通协调能力佳,具备良好的团队协作意识 1. Handle the company’s daily administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance, supplies procurement and management, courier receiving & dispatching, visitor reception and other basic support work. 2. Conduct daily maintenance and settlement of the company’s visa platform and office supplies platform, and coordinate invitation matters for foreign nationals coming to China. 3. Manage the distribution of onboarding supplies for new employees in the Shanghai office. 4. Liaise with the company regarding talent apartments, and review talent apartment applications in a timely manner. 5. Assist in completing administrative data statistics, report preparation and other related tasks. 6. Undertake other administrative tasks assigned by the department and superiors. Earnestly implement all work arrangements, be accountable for work results, and ensure the orderly progress of administrative operations. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Administration, English, Business English and other related fields are preferred. 2. Excellent language skills: proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 3. Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 4. Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, and strong teamwork spirit.
