JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述： Job mission: 岗位使命： As an intern in the product department, you will support the implementation and improvement of department projects by gathering and analyzing various data points to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the smooth progress of all projects. 作为产品部门实习生，您将支持部门项目的实施和改进，通过收集分析各项数据，提出改进项，确保各类项目的顺利进行。 Duties and responsibilities: 任务和职责： Support on industrialization project: draft related documents according to engineer’s requirements; fulfill workflows for purchasing request; communicate or exchange with other department; summarize progress or status etc. or other related tasks. 支持产品工业化认证项目：根据工程师要求起草相关文件；完成采购的流程；和其他部门沟通；总结进展或状态等其他任务。 Pilot improvement project on work process, layout, operation flow optimization, communication etc.. 负责工作流程、布局、生产流程优化、沟通等方面的项目。 Support on data collection & Data analysis, etc.. 支持数据收集及数据分析 Implement improvement other tasks assigned by manager 实施上级领导指定的其他任务 JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格： Education: 教育： Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or other related 本科及以上，专业方向为机械专业和其他相关专业 Technical skills: 技术能力： General knowledge related to mechanical assembly process 基本的机械装配知识 General GD&T knowledge 基本的尺寸链知识 Other skills: 其他技能 Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit 善于沟通，团队精神，质量意识，创新意识 Good oral and written communication skills in English, French skill is better. 良好的英语口语和读写能力，具备法语能力更佳 Good at MS office use, programing skills like VBA, python will be a plus 良好的office软件技能，如果有VBA，python等编程经验优先 Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone 有良好的逻辑思维能力，有利用相关质量工具解决问题的经验最佳 Overall view and critical thinking 有全局观和关键性思维 What you can get? 你将获得什么？ Understand how key module of aircraft engine is assembled 了解飞机发动机核心部件的装配过程 Chance to lead a team to take challenge tasks 有机会带领团队完成具挑战性的任务 To solve problem with methodology and professional quality tools 永方法论和专业的质量工具攻克难题
