职位介绍 •负责定制高分子复合材料新工艺开发与现有工艺优化升级。 •负责工艺放大、工艺测试方案与流程制定、数据分析及结果汇报。 •作为与生产部门对接的主要联系人，负责编制及传达生产技术规范。 岗位职责 • 与生产合作伙伴协作，为埃万特创新有产品确立质量标准与测试条件。 • 参与产能放大、工艺测试方案及流程制定、数据分析，并同步 / 汇报测试结果。 • 编制并整理艾万创产品的生产技术规范与产品标准文件。 • 参与工厂生产相关问题的分析与解决。 其他 • 欢迎大三、研一、研二等在校同学投递 • 有转正留用机会 • 高分子材料 / 化工学院 / 等专业同学优先 地点： • 上海市浦东新区金苏路金桥万创中心C 栋2 楼 General Summary: The Analytical Technician will assist in performing experimental methodsand protocols in an accurate and reproducible manner, write clear concise reports, provide data and instrumental outputs to senior and/or lead technicians, and assist in presentation of data to both internal and external customers. Essential duties and Responsibilities: Perform assigned testing, with minimal assistance, for various businesses in accordance with Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Generate testing data and results to be interpreted by senior and/or lead technicians. Maintain a clean and customer facing operating environment. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational. Participate in lab safety, environmental, and process programs and analyses. Maintain records; safety inspection and audits (A2LA). Utilize automated systems and technology (SAP, PC, Color Computer, etc.) to develop, diagnose and/or improve processes and resolve customer issues. Sustain lab certification by assisting with test controls, calibrations, procedures, and training. Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.
