Key Responsibilies:
§ ? Responsible for recruitment process (workforce planning, sourcing, shortlist, interview, offer and onboarding documents and process preparation etc)
§ Conduct on-board orientation program for new hires and assist in organizing traiining couses(such as training needs survey, application from management, update training record etc)
§ Conduct exit interviews with leaving staff and related documentation issues or other termination process
§ Handle compensation and benefits administration such as payroll calculations; income tax declaring; leave management and attendance checking; social insurance; housing fund contribution; management fund; group medical insurance; annual salary and bonus review
§ Administer the employment and labour contract such as contract renewal, probation review, annual performance appraisal etc
§ coordinate the employee relations activities such annual dinner, commercial insurance handling, festival / birthday gift preparation, Annual activities, Annual Body Check arrangement etc
§ Handle routine chores and reports : O-chart; HC report, correspondences (notice, announcement, letter issuance), employee files create and maintenance,
§ Provide HR regular duties and staff enquires
Key Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree majoring in HR management, Administration or related disciplines.
?Will graduate in 2018
?Good command of English
?Willing to learn, with high integrity and responsibility
