Job Description:
1. Support Office Management Team on event planning and execution including company outing, customer event, annual dinner party and other staff activities
2. Prepare company letter as required by employees
3. Support office Translation/Payment
4. Check monthly expense claim data with local finance
5. Manage relationship with eHi to improve and ensure their car service meeting safety and service standards and keep all meeting records on file
6. Back up reception if needed
7. Expense claim and invoice compiling for President China
8. Employee onboard / termination process support
9. Support Office Management Team vendor payment process
10. Ad hoc requirement from Office Management Team
Qualification:
1. Fluent English, both verbal and written
2. Computer literate and sound knowledge of MS Office applications
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. 0-1 years’ experience in Secretarial or Administration or HR support role
