Mission & Main Tasks:

- Audi R8 LMS Cup project support

- Focus on guests’ management, hospitality, on site event management

Job Duties:

- Support event planning

- Support agency management from briefing to roll out

- Guests RSVP collection and VIP guests activity planning

- Race reports

- Operational onsite support at race weekends

Working Relations:

- Audi corporation communication team

- Event agencies

- Customers

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor or Master degree on business, marketing and events

Work experience:

- Practical experience in area of marketing event, hospitality, customer relationship management etc.

Professional Skills:

- Strong intercultural skills and interest in managing cultural diversity

- Outgoing and open-minded person with experience of acclimatizing to other cultures.

- Open minded personality being comfortable to work cross-departments and cross-cultures

- Vastly adaptable to a fast changing work environment

- Self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative

- Organization talent who is comfortable managing different projects simultaneously

Language Skills:

- Proficient in English, German language skills as advantage
