Technical Support Trainee 

1. Work at least 10 hours one week 

2.Excellent English writing and communication skills  

3.Good technical understanding of software and hardware 

4.Experience in the area of CD/DVD Recording and Multimedia software products is a plus 

5. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure 

6.Help Nero Global end users to solve all kinds of problems via email
