SUMMARY

Help to tackle with business issues related to MIB operation management, including but not limited to: Information/material collection, key/important work management，follow up for external government relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES

1. Information collection

Help to collect and sort out information/materials cross-functionally related to operation management.

2. key/important work management

Help to tackle with regular issues, for example, Monthly report; help to track important works raised by PDs or OEs, to make all the key issues are in close-circle.

3. follow up for external government relationship

Help to make full preparing for external government reception.

4. Other issues needed.

Information transfer; Culture activities support.

QUALIFICATION

1、Experience & Background

Student in College, with experience of school activities or social practices are preferred.

 2、Degree and Language

Undergraduate or post-graduate

 3、Personal Traits

Better major in English; excellent and fluent English;

Good at communication and expression;

Careful and conscientious.
