Main Tasks: - Pre-hire stage support to prepare new hire onboarding - Support and guide employee exit process - Work with 3rd party vendor for employee insurance - Work with 3rd party vendor for China R&D Social Security & Housing Fund related - Employee profile management - Owner of SH Hukou for Chinese employees - Certification prepared - HR reports to official bureaus
-Other HR support as needed
Requirements: - Interested in administrative supports
- Be highly responsible and proactive
- Flexible mindset in problem solving - Good command of English in listening, reading, writing and speaking - Familiar with MS excel, word, ppt, - Patient, and good at handling diversified assignments with multiple stakeholders carefully in an organized way
