DESCRIPTIONS:
Amazon China is seeking a dynamic and motivated KOL Marketing Intern in Beijing for the Amazon Global Store business.
Reporting to the KOL Marketing team, this role will support the regional KOL Marketing in the lead-up to one of the company’s most exciting content commerce project. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the team on daily operations, and will gain on-the-job exposure to essential marketing skills.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Assist in gathering content created by local KOLs and international KOLs;
· Help define content update schedule and quality control on Amazon China’s own platforms;
· Explore opportunities to extend economic value of each piece of content;
· Assist in daily operations of KOLs’ ASIN selections and landing page creation;
· Compile market research to assist in building pitch narratives and reporting documents;
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
· Masters or Bachelors student studying a Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations preferred but not essential;
· Solid understanding of the role and a natural curiosity to learn more about how the marketing function supports the business development of Amazon China;
· Prior internship experience at a PR / Marketing / Ad / Social Media agency preferred but not essential;
· Reference able work experience in a related role an advantage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Great communication skills, organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, a comfort level with multi-tasking, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment;
· Learning attitude and sense of responsibility are critical;
· English capability and Microsoft office skills are preferred;
· Understands sales & marketing integration;
· Loves to work hard, learn fast and have FUN!
· 4 days a week and 6 months commitment are required at a minimum with flexibility.
