Job Description

·        Bring latest Artificial Intelligence techniques including, but not limited to deep learning, natural language processing to the state of art applications in supply chain management.

·        Challenge the current assumptions and understand customer needs to create true innovations.

·        Build and implement early prototypes.

·        Cooperate with our internal and external R&D teams to turn knowledge into tangible success.

·        基于博世内部的海量数据应用最前沿的人工智能技术（包括但不局限于深度学习，自然语言处理）到智慧物流及其他相关应用领域

·        深入理解客户需求和客户问题，分析并解决实际问题，积极创新

·        设计并实现解决方案的早期原型及验证解决方案可行性

·        与内部和外部的研发团队及社区保持积极互动

Requirement:

·          M.S. or Ph.D. degree (preferred) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative technical fields

·          ML direction: Broad knowledge in machine learning, especially text mining, natural language processing. Practical experience with state of the art deep learning frameworks. Publications in top ML conferences will be a plus.

·          Excellent programming skills in any language of Python, Java, C++, Matlab or R

·          Positive technology and customer intuition

·          Willingness to roll up the sleeves to overcome existing and upcoming road blocks

·          Fluency in English

·       硕士及以上学历（博士优先），数学、物理，计算机科学、统计、运筹学和工程专业优先

·       机器学习方向：熟悉传统的机器学习算法，尤其是自然语言处理和数据挖掘。有实战使用当前流行深度学习框架经验。有顶级会议发表文章者优先。

·       良好的编程技能和动手能力，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言如Python、Java、C++、Matlab、R等

·       良好的数学建模思维，以及良好的分析问题和解决问题能力

·       良好的沟通技能

·       流利的英文听说读写能力，可自由口语交流
