Responsibilities:
1. Support recruiting daily work including job posting, CV screening, initial contact with potential candidates for junior positions, interview arrangements, medical check, reference check, preparation for new employees’ onboarding list
2. Participate in campus recruitment events and employer branding activities (e.g. job fairs, Wechat platform) as required
3. Channel analysis and vendor management support
4. Support TA dashboard reporting
5. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or post graduate student, prefer major in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, HR Management or business management
2. She/he can work at least 3 days per week
3. Have strong communication and organization skills
4. Good English both in oral& written
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
6. Must be a fast learner, proactive, collaborative, team player and goal oriented
