1. Responsible for SAP system

2. Prepare business review related things for various meetings.

3. Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other assistants in the department.

4. Manage Sales reimbursement and run sales expense report monthly.

JR (Job Responsibility):

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics etc.

Knowledge Skills:

-Fluent of English, both in oral and written form

-Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access

-Good interpersonal communication

-At least 3-4days per week 6 months
