Job Description
Amazon.cn Operation team is seeking for a finance analyst intern to support the central FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team in multiple operation tasks, including cost budgeting, rolling forecast, month end closing, and headcount planning. He or she will work with the experienced financial analysts and financial controllers who are willing to share their knowledge, and will be exposed to advanced BI (business intelligence) system and the analytical technical. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data validation and consolidation in finance forecast cycles on monthly basis
Maintain finance reporting templates
Cost analysis for both variable and fixed costs
Prepare the headcount forecast and actual reports on weekly basis

Basic Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

Major: accounting or finance analysis

Strong financial analysis & modeling skills and detail oriented

Work independently and work successfully in a fast pace and ambiguous

Good team work, willing to influence others

Experience in monthly and quarterly financial reporting is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel VBA (visual basic application);

Experience in finance related role in MNC (multi-national companies);

Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions;

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload;

Customer focus and professional demeanor;

Strong influencing skill to keep business run in a healthy way is preferred
