Job Objective:
1. Support engineer on non-metallic material surface blasting
2. Support on blasting lab efficiency improvement
3. Identify blasted surface evaluation
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and conduct the experiments, characterize the samples and analyze the data;
2. Conduct literature study, market investigation and information analysis;
3. Summarize the progress and write the report;
4. Communicate with team members about the progress;
5. Assist the EHS leader in lab EHS work;
6. Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects of surface conditioning
Job Requirements:
1. MS/PhD candidates, major in materials engineering (inorganic material is favorable), chemistry, chemical engineering or ceramic, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.
2. Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing, powder metallurgy and/or polishing is a plus.
3. Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker
4. Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability
5. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility
6. Can work for 5 days per week, last for more than 6 months
