Responsibilities:  

- Handle incoming calls, taking messages    

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner    

- Book service (Hotel, car, train/plan tickets, lunch, etc.)    

- Purchase stationery, water and office commodity

- Handle office mails and newspapers as follows:    

- Distribute in-coming mail/fax and keep records  

- Send out-going mails timely and keep records when necessary.

- Distribute newspapers / magazines to related person / department on time.    

- Allocate office meeting room    

- Schedule daily office and facility maintenance    

- Help organize some small company events    

- Some basic HR-admin work    

- Carry out other assignments as required

主要职责：    

- 处理来电，并进行记录；   

- 以专业的服务态度接待并妥善安置来访访客；    

- 为同事、领导及相关客户等人员处理酒店住宿、租车、火车票/飞机票，商务餐等等相关业务的预定；    

- 文具、电脑等办公用品采购管理；    

- 处理收发邮件包裹、传真等，并做好相关记录和管理；    

- 会议室的预定安排等；    

- 安排日常办公室及相关设备的维修维护以及对物业等相关服务机构人员的管理；    

- 协助组织一些非正式的公司活动；    

- 一些其他上级领导安排的工作；

Qualifications:

- College or bachelor degree    

- Fluent in English writing and reading    

- Familiar with reception work, around 1 year experience as a receptionist or equivalent, fresh graduate welcomed    

- Responsible and team work    

- Proactive    

- Good communication skills and service awareness    

- Friendly
