Responsibilities: Products performance evaluation & new methods development for shampoo, hair treatment, hair oil Products quality control & characterization of physicochemical properties. Support basis study (RM screening, technology exploration) for new innovation project with scientists. Communication with other functional teams: Evaluation, Raw Material, Analysis etc. Read and summary the technique files including patent Help scientist to prepare and make formula in the lab Requirements: High interests on innovation & lab work; Should be very careful, conscientious and diligent; Good communication capability; Major in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, materials, physical chemical精细化学，应用化学，物理化学… Master degree; Able to work 4 or 4+ days per week; Knowledge of document retrieval & former experience in the industry is a plus; Able to read and write professional documents in English.
