Daily Duties:

·       legal and regulatory research, and memo drafting;

·       contracts review and risk management;

·       corporate governance matters re filing docs drafting, AoA updates and apostille preparations, etc.;

·       internal coordination and administrative support.

Requirements:

·       bachelor or master of law degree from a reputable law school in China or abroad;

·       fluent in written and oral English and Chinese;

·       strong research and analytical ability, quick learner and attention to detail;

·       experience in law firm or inhouse preferred;

·       interested in inhouse practice.
