• Conducting independent desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources.
• Performing qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Taking responsibility for creating client-ready reports, presentations and other deliverables.
• Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
Contributing to recruitment Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal language skills English. Multiple languages are a plus.
• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Good commercial awareness to include an understanding of sales and marketing tactics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent computer literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good project management, time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within defined timelines.
• A keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve.
• A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused team environment.
