Role:
Monitor and research regulatory updates in Mainland China (e.g., C-ROSS, IFRS 17/China GAAP).
Assist in drafting internal briefings regarding regulatory changes.
Prepare background materials and corporate profiles for client meetings (insurers, banks, and financial institutions).
Support the team in organizing events, roadshows, or webinars.
Contribute to the creation of pitch decks and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
Provide analytical support for special projects related to capital markets instruments or asset management trends relevant to life insurers.
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Law, Insurance, or a related field.
Native Mandarin with strong business English (written and spoken) required.
Prior internship experience in insurance, asset management, securities firms, or consultancy is an advantage.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Basic familiarity with the Chinese insurance regulatory landscape (C-ROSS/IFRS 17) or capital market instruments is highly desirable.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and strong ability to navigate cross-functional and complex organizational structures.
Available to work three to five days per week on-site with the team for a duration of 2 to 4 months.
