Job Duties
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor LVMH Maisons & selected competitors’ performance in e-Commerce platforms, including product offerings, omni-channel strategies, and UI UX design, and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Perform LVMH Maisons & selected competitors EC promotional festivals (618, Double 11) & Campaigns (CNY, V-day, 520, etc.) tracking and analysis.
- Perform market research and data analysis on competitors, consumers, social media trends, industry innovations, and brand performance
- Source and compile data from internal systems, external vendors, public filings, web scraping, etc.
- Support omni-retail team projects, ad-hoc analysis, etc.
Other Supporting:
- Support managers in PPT preparations for meeting and sharing
- Support administrative works, including but not limited to contract reviews, payment follow-up, Webinar management (setup/register/recording) and meeting minutes etc.
General Requirements
- Able to work at least 4 days/week & 4 months minimum
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment, highly organized and attentive to detail
- Previous experience in E-business/Data/consulting-related position is a PLUS
- Good at MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word. AI-related tools is a PLUS
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Committed to deliver high-quality work and be flexible to adjust priority according to business needs
- Social savvy, understanding of China e-commerce and social media platforms
