Responsibilities: 1. Products performance evaluation & new methods development for shampoo, hair treatment, hair oil Products quality control & characterization of physicochemical properties. 2. Support basis study (RM screening, technology exploration) for new innovation project with scientists. 3. Communication with other functional teams: Evaluation, Raw Material, Analysis etc. Requirements: 1. High interests on innovation & lab work; 2. Should be very careful, conscientious and diligent; 3. Good communication capability; 4. Major in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, materials, physical chemical精细化学，应用化学，物理化学… 5. Master degree; 6. Able to work 4 or 4+ days per week; 7. Knowledge of document retrieval & former experience in the industry is a plus; 8. Able to read and write professional documents in English.
