As a member of the BMW China R&D team, you will work in the R&D Quality team with an awesome atmosphere: • Quality data analysis: - Work closely with BMW professional R&D engineers, after-sales team, and plant team, etc., and analyze the quality data in terms of public opinion by combining market hotspots, customer feedback, and warranty data. • Project management: - Utilize Agile development work model (Jira) to follow up on Sprint progress, check the quality of project deliverables. - Project knowledge management and continuous improvement. • Support other work within the team: - Able to handle multiple tasks in a project. - Maintain project documentation, workflows and meeting minutes in Confluence. - Contribute to other tasks within the department.
