About the job 职位描述
- Provide administrative support to the daily work of sales team: preparing slides; managing documents, etc. 向销售团队提供日常支持工作:如PPT制作、文件管理等
- Assist with market research 协助销售团队进行业务数据统计,收集、分析和反馈市场信息
- Assist with account handling opportunities of client facing and client meeting 配合销售团队完成合同管理内部流程,营销支持等工作
Qualifications 职位要求
- Bachelors degree or above ideally students who want to pursue career in sales and business development 在读全日制本科生或研究生,专业不限
- Good PPT/Excel skills 熟练掌握Office办公软件(尤其是PPT/Excel- 掌握基本函数、数据透析、分类汇总)
- Fluent in English 良好的英文听说读写能力
- Minimum 3 days/ week 每周保证至少3天出勤
- business savvy; detail-oriented; smart and quick learner 学习能力强,细心
