Descriptions:
1. Recruit individuals for overseas positions;
2. Screen applicants and move forward to evaluation stage;
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews( if needed), as well as set up
follow-up interviews;
4. Follow up with every applicant;
5. Post open positions and maintain the
channels;
6. Support oversea projects;
7. Other HR duties as assigned
.
Requirements:
1. Must be in pursuit of a bachelor degree or
above;
2. Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel ;
3. Analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities;
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
6. Excellent communication and problem resolution skills;
7. Superior customer service skills;
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
